Jean McNaughton Park is located in downtown Chilliwack, British Columbia. The historic place includes the park.
Heritage Value
The site has historic value as the location of the first courthouse of Chilliwack. Built in 1894, it was destroyed by fire in 1949.
The site also holds social and cultural value. It was converted into a park after a land swap between the District and the Province. The land swap resulted in a new court house on College Street.
