The Walker house is a two-storey Foursquare-style house located in the Rosedale neighourhood of Chilliwack, British Columbia. The historic place includes the house.

Heritage Value

This site holds social and cultural, historical, and aesthetic value. Socially and culturally, it is valued as the first cement block home constructed in the Chilliwack area, it was regarded as a "trend setter." The site holds historical value as Princess Juliana of the Netherlands was one of the visitors during the Second World War, prior to being crowned Queen in 1948. Additionally it is valued for its aesthetics as an fine example of Foursquare style architecture.
